Terms of Service

1. Membership Agreement

By signing up for a membership at Home Lifestyle Club, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your membership begins on the date of registration and continues according to the plan you selected.

2. Payments and Billing

Membership fees are charged according to your selected plan (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.

• Failed payments will be retried according to our dunning policy
• Accounts with persistent payment failures may be suspended
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your member portal or by contacting us directly. In accordance with AB consumer protection laws:

• A cooling-off period applies to new memberships as required by provincial law
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds for unused portions may be available as required by law

4. Facility Rules

All members agree to:

• Follow posted facility rules and staff instructions
• Use equipment safely and return it to designated areas
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire
• Respect other members and staff

5. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are physically able to participate. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.

6. Class Bookings

Class spots are subject to availability. Cancellation policies apply — please cancel bookings in advance to allow other members to attend. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

7. Member Portal and Digital Services

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information or check-in QR code with others. Unauthorized use of another member's credentials may result in membership termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
